其取含豐富礦物質和硬度高達150 的伏流水,在日本極為罕見,
擁有超硬水再配合「杉山流」釀造工藝。
關於杉山流的釀造工藝
– 蒸米時間增加,令酒米更容易融化
– 製麴過程使用更多麴菌,比平時多兩倍
– 於超低溫環境下進行發酵

~Craft gin with gratitude for nature~
Togedama is locally crafted in Satoyama, a suburb in Kawagoe known for its rich nature. This craft gin is the product of a custom-made distiller entirely made in Japan. It is mainly created with groundwater and carefully selected by original extracting method Juniper berry, Yuzu peel, Kawagoe tea and several kinds of raw materials. Enjoy this new refreshing taste accompanied by its unique botanical scent. OUR SMALL FOREST
Drinking it at room temperature will bring out the aroma of yuzu and cinnamon.
Add ice, add Togedama and soda, then add a slice of lemon if you like.
